Additional AGDA 2000 National Awards Certificates are available for $27.50 (inlc GST) each. Payment is to be made out to 'AGDA', either by cheque or credit card (Amex, Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard. Must include cardholders name, telephone number (in case card is declined), card number, expiry date, and the amount). This information is to be faxed to AGDA at 02 9955 0566.

If you wish to order additional certificates please list the category and description of your winning entry or entries, as well as the quantity you require of each certificate. (This ensures that duplicates are not made of wrong categories.) If you could could email me with this information (carolynm@cirstra.com.au), we will have the additional certificates produced and delivered as soon as possible.
