FAQ

Excellent results

This year we received a record number of over 2,000 entries - an excellent sign for our professional design communications industry. Over the last 4 years, we've received entries from countries like Japan, Europe, Singapore and New Zealand.

You'll also be happy to know that in response to the growing international support for our Awards we introduced two international judges this year, one from Holland and one from the UK.

And it just keeps getting better...

As you'll probably be aware by now, we're celebrating the Awards over two great nights. The Awards Exhibition is on Friday 29th October at the Museum of Contemporary Art. The Awards Dinner is on the following night, Saturday 30th October, at the Overseas Passenger Terminal.

And better...

Entry to the Awards events costs $275 (plus GST). For this you get two tickets. One ticket gives you exclusive entry into the Awards Exhibition. The second ticket gives you exclusive entry to the Awards Dinner.

But wait, there's more...

Not only does $275 get you into the two most exclusive nights on our nation's design calendar, it also gets you your very own complimentary (yup, it's free) copy of the new Awards Book* valued at $120! And with over 400 pages full of some of the best work we've seen, it's going to be the biggest and best ever!

To order your tickets...

In order to make sure you don't miss out, please make sure you order your tickets as soon as possible. Tickets are booked by downloading the AGDA2004_Order Form below or by contacting Two de Force on 02-92818788. Tickets to the awards are strictly limited (600 maximum). All bookings must be received by 5pm Monday 25th October 2004.

*Your copy of the Awards Book will be mailed to you (at no extra cost) shortly after the Awards. There are two very good reasons for this. One is that you won't have to worry about carrying it around on the night and risk losing it or damaging it. The other is that it will still give you something to look forward to after the party's over.

Join in these special biennial Awards celebrations

It will be your opportunity to view the best works produced over the last two years; contribute to the improvement and development of good design business; meet up with old friends and network with new — be part of AGDA's design journey when Sydney's famous Rocks district is transformed into our own special waterfront Awards precinct.

See you there!
