A talk no contemporary designer can afford to miss! Spend the night with a few of the industry's most-innovative and visionary design practitioners. Join Michael Lugmayr from Toko, Johannes Weissenbaeck from Play, Andrew van der Westhuyzen and Clemens Habicht from Collider as they discuss / contemplate / challenge the 'new directions' of future design practice.

The keynote speakers are:

Johannes from Play Communication
http://www.playcommunication.com.au
Johannes is a creative brand strategist with over 10 years' experience across agencies in the UK, Germany and Australia. He co-founded PLAY in 2004, creating one of Australia's first boutique experiential branding agencies. Since then, he has worked with brands including MINI, Adobe, the Sydney Opera House and McGrath, and developed independent projects such as Sydney Esquisse.

Andrew from Collider
http://www.collider.com.au/
Creative director and co-founder, Andrew and his partners established Collider as a cross-disciplinary collective of talented people whose abilities go beyond the traditional boundaries between visual communication and moving image. Collider's members have worked with many international brands, including Dior, Levi's, Target, Lexus, Air France, and musicians such as The Pet Shop Boys, Placebo, Phoenix and Unkle.

Clemens from Collider
http://www.collider.com.au/
Clemens is a designer and director with Sydney-based agency Collider, and Nexus Productions in London. He has spent the last 7 years between Berlin, Paris and Sydney, and had his work shown at the Edinburgh International Film Festival, Antenna Music Video Showcase, The Bulletin magazine in Sydney and Res magazine NYC. Clemens was recently awarded winner of the Creative Futures Illustration category.

Michael from Toko
http://www.toko.nu/
Michael Lugmayr is a director and designer of Toko.
