SEAMLESS: Three exhibitions of contemporary textiles
In seamless, Object Gallery presents three interweaving exhibitions that focus on the possibilities of textile art. a matter of time: the 16th Tamworth Fibre Textile Biennial presents objects made by 25 artists, all of whom place textiles at the centre of their work. In Visible Darning, leading textile artist, Liz Williamson, reclaims the least visible of all textile processes: darning. In Object Gallery's Window space, 8 Ounces presents the unusual crochet of emerging talent, Ahn Wells.

Curated by Suzie Attiwill, a matter of time has drawn large crowds around Australia and Object Gallery is excited to present this diverse group of artists for the first time in its unique gallery space. This exhibition will feature an array of disciplines including visual art, photography, fashion and craft from renowned Australian artists.

Visible Darning: Liz Williamson
Liz Williamson is one of Australia's foremost textile artists, and this recent collection of wraps and scarves celebrates her passion for darning.
WINDOW
8 Ounces: Ahn Wells
Made especially for the Window space at Object Gallery, Wells' larger-than-life and completely functionless teacups provide an intriguing twist on crochet practice.
