What is it about these four dreaded words that makes every graphic designer recoil in horror?

Just how important is the logo in visual communication, and why does it receive more attention than almost any other aspect of design? Why does its size, shape and position seem to dominate nearly every creative review?

Join Franck Gentil (Gentil Eckersley), Paul Saunders (Saunders Creative) and Jon Wild (Telstra - Head of Advertising) as we discuss and debate the critical role of the logo and branding in design communications. We'll take an in-depth look at the role of logo design - from the creative brief, design and development, right through to its proliferation across all media and communications.

You'll hear divergent views from specialist brand/logo designers, brand communicators and brand guardians. You'll hear from both client and agency side and have the opportunity to ask those questions you've always wanted to ask.
