30th September 2004 - The Business of Design

Professor Ron Newman, Director and Dean of Sydney College of Art, will discuss how design has a new and important role as the mediator between the user and the provider, as a cultural intermediary and as the differentiator as a management tool.

Both of these sessions will be held in the Murray Darling Seminar Rooms, Standards Australia, 286 Sussex Street, Sydney 2000. ÊStart time is 7:45am. They are free to DIA members (Guests $15.00).
