Revised AGDA Constitution and New AGDA Operations Manual

Shortly, AGDA Councils throughout Australia will host their respective State Annual General Meetings (AGM).

Members will be asked to vote on a number of matters, including important changes to the AGDA Constitution and the introduction of an Operations Manual. Details of these changes are set out in the Explanatory Memorandum accompanying the Notice of the AGM.

Copies of the existing and proposed Constitution and the Operations Manual will be available for download from Tuesday 18th September.

Your AGM is the best opportunity to get involved and show your support whether it is by running for election, voting in person at the meeting, or by returning your Proxy Form.
