Weeks after the devastating South Asian tsunami, the news continues to be of abnormal weather conditions afflicting the globe: violent storms, excessive snowfalls, yet more natural disasters.
Icograda and IdN are pleased to invite the members of Icograda’s member associations to submit work for a new collaboration. Your perspective as to "Why save the World?" can be expressed in any desirable platforms: including photographs, vectors, sketches, paintings and extending to products, animations or simply in words.

Savannah College of Art and Design student organises designers for tsunami aid
David Peters, an American graduate student in graphic design, has an interest in design across cultures and is trying to organize an effort within the design industry to help recovery in South Asia.
If you are a professional or student designer (graphic or otherwise) who would like to team up with a Non Governmental Organization (Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, UNICEF, etc.) to implement your skills and design amenities deemed necessary by such organizations please contact him at dpeter23@student.scad.edu. The Universidad Católica Andrés Bello School of Letters, the Darias Design Institute and the Spanish Embassy in Venezuela have the pleasure of inviting designers to participate in the set of activities planned under the name ‘El Quijote Gráfico, 400 años del viaje de aquella triste figura’ (Don Quixote Graphic, the sad figure knight 400 hundred year journey).
