Open position: Managing Director of Design, Latin America (Job #3954)
Caracas, Venezuela
Woo Roy <rwoo@ritasue.com>
This $50 billion FMCG client company creates and builds brands that improve consumers’ lives by discovering unmet needs. A major core competency is a growing world class global design organization that reports to the CEO. A passionate, energetic, creative leader with personal style and charisma is needed to head up the Latin American design management organization. Experience in the Latin American market is a given. The GDM needs to also be a proselytizer for how design drives and adds value to a business. He or she will continue the tradition of building, training, coaching and caring for a young staff of 25 design managers working with marketing on conceptual initiatives. The ability and desire to build close relationships with key customers across distribution channels, ranging from Wal-Mart to the many small bodegas which make up 50% of sales volume, is also essential.
