Icograda will regularly publish news releases for distribution worldwide -- to design magazines, journals, newsletters, as well as design-related media and other organizations. An initial international design media database has been built up, but to make this list as comprehensive as possible, Icograda is inviting submissions of additional contacts.

An international design exhibition to commemorate Icograda's special millennium congress, Icograda Visual Communication Today, will feature all forms of graphic design works submitted by Icograda member associations.
Asian Poster Exhibition
Graphic design associations from China, Japan, and Korea will participate in this exhibition, displaying graphic design works dealing with the congress theme of Oullim.
Oullim Poster Aperto
The new face of graphic design will be on display at the Oullim Poster Aperto. This exhibition will showcase the works of the newest young talents in graphic design.

The World Intellectual PropertyOrganization (WIPO) took its publications sales into cyberspace with the launch of an electronic bookshop. At present, approximately 100 publications in a range languages may be ordered from the electronic bookshop. This selection includes publications in the areas of industrial property, copyright, neihboring rights, patents, marks, trade,... There are also a number of downloadable free-of-charge general information products.

DDD is a celebration/awareness making exhibit of Dutch Human Computer Interaction, including examples of interaction-, visual-, information-, and industrial design. The event is set up as a design market placed in diverse locations in Amsterdam. Sample the highlights of Dutch Design while also getting a taste of the heart of the city center of Amsterdam. DDD is an intiative of the Netherlands Design Institute, Informaat BV en IOP MMI and is organized in conjunction with the closing day of the CHI2000 conference on HCI.
