BorderLine is a book which presents works by the students of Lebbeus Woods. The whole book is a single collage which extends over 112 pages. The design concept illustrates that new ideas are created mainly in the undefined zones in art, the "border zones".
Gerhard Rihl was born in born 1970. He is the founder of the studio rihl.media, and teaches graphic design and multimedia in Vienna. He has won several distinctive awards, and his work has appeared in various international biennials and exhibitions. He is a member of Design Austria (DA).

Among the oldest items in the collection is a font of matrices by the famous punch cutter Jakob Sabon dating from 1572, as well as an original cutting of Old Schwabacher dating from the middle of the 16th century.
