Tokyo Type Directors Club (Tokyo TDC)

The Tokyo Typedirectors Club, hold a yearly international design competition, and publish its annual book. We are now calling for entries to "the Tokyo TDC Annual Awards 2001". Categories include not only works of typeface or typography, but also of whole graphic design and visual communication. Commercial works and experimental works under the theme of letters are also welcomed.

Many excellent works come from various countries every year, therefore the award winners to date are of many nationalities. Award presentation ceremony is held accompanying the opening of the exhibition in Tokyo, and then the exhibition tours to Osaka, Japan's second biggest city. Our exhibition is one of the most noticeable exhibitions in Japan.

In consideration of carriage costs, entries made from foreign applicants are exempted from entry fees.

The deadline is 22 November 2000, Wednesday.
